专利摘要:
A cover arrangement for a container, for example for a ship's hatchway, has a cover element which is hinged at one side. The hinging includes a lost motion connection, which allows automatic engagement and disengagement of mutually engageable member at that side for cleating. This is achieved by movement of the cover element in its closed position within the scope of the lost motion connection. The cover element may include other automatic cleating member on other sides; the cleating is preferably effected by final closing movement of the cover element under gravity.

专利说明:

The invention relates to ship devices, namely to hatch closures.
It is known that the hatches of ships include a closing device that includes kriyeks moved on the rollers, pressed to the sealing surface when lowering the rollers, and two-arm levers mounted on horizontal axes, the lower arms of each of which are connected by horizontal rods controlled by a hydraulic jack, and on the upper fixed elements of the side tracks overlapping the holes, and a holding-locking device [1].
A disadvantage of the known device is its complexity and low reliability of the design.
The closest technical solution is a hatch closure containing articulated master and driven covers and hydraulic cylinders of the drive of the master cover rotatably mounted on the coaming of the hatch, the hulls of the hydraulic cylinders pivotally connected to a support mounted on the deck, and the rods to the body pivot arm mounted on the drive cover [2].
The disadvantage of this hatch closure is the complexity and low reliability of the structure.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the degree of automation of the hatch closing process.
This goal is achieved by the fact that the leading cover and coaming of the hatch, equipped with fastening elements made in the form of wedge-shaped recesses, are interconnected by means of a finger placed in the slant of the pivot arm, which is inclined with respect to the upper plane of the hatch, and is mounted on the leading cover on one side a reciprocal fixing element in the form of a wedge for interaction with the aforementioned coaming recess of the hatch, side clamps are fixed on the sides of the covers in the form of wedges, and on the driven cover on the side, opposite hinge, wedge-shaped protrusion and sealing strip are installed.
In FIG. 1 schematically shows a hatch, a general guide;
in FIG. 2 is a diagram of the hatch closure, zid on the side; on fig 3 shows a locking device, the closed position of the hatch; in FIG. 4 - the same moment of opening the hatch; FIG. 5 shows one form of lateral clamping of manhole covers; in FIG. 6 is one of the options for locking the end of the lid; in FIG. 7 is an embodiment of sealing two manhole covers converging from opposite sides above the manhole; in FIG. 8 is an embodiment of closing a hatch using a cable.
The hatch 1 above the hold 2 is closed by the leading 4 and the driven 5 covers installed on the coaming 3 of the hatch 1, which are connected at the adjacent ends by a hinge 6. The leading cover 4 is equipped with two levers 7, one on each side. The ends of the levers 7 have grooves 8, which include the fingers 9, mounted on supports 10 mounted on the deck 11 of the vessel. The levers 7 are pivotally connected to the coaming of the hatch by a pair of hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders 12, the piston rods 13 of which are also pivotally connected to the levers 7 At the end of the driven cover 5 ', opposite the hinge 6, wheels 14 are installed, one on each side, which roll along the rails 15 , having an inclined section 16. The coaming of the hatch towering above the deck of the vessel has a protruding outward flange 17 with a longitudinal protrusion 18. The outer side of the coaming of the hatch has a fixing element 19 made in the form of a wedge-shaped recess, and the end of the leading cover 4 is provided with an elastic the seal 20 and the mating element 21 in the form of a wedge for interacting with the recess of the fixing element 19. The covers 4 and 5 are also equipped with lateral clamps made in the form of wedges 22 that interact with the wedge-shaped recesses formed in the stops 23 located along the coaming from the side hatch.
The end of the driven cover 5 may be equipped with a latch containing a wedge 24, interacting with a wedge recess 25, made on the flange of the coaming hatch.
In this case, the sealing strip 26 is engaged with the elastic seal 27, which is equipped with the end face of the cover 5.
Sealing the seam between the ends of adjacent driven covers 5 is carried out using a wedge-shaped protrusion 28 and a sealing strip 29 extending over the entire width of the cover installed on the end face of one cover and the wedge-shaped recess 30 and the protrusion 31 installed on the end face of the other cover.
In addition to the hydraulic go pneumatic cylinders for opening and closing the hatch can be applied any other appropriate device, for example using a cable 32 and a crane. In this case, the cover 4 at the hinge end is equipped with a block 33. The second block 34 is mounted on a support located behind the coaming of the hatch. The end of the cable 32 is fixed to the bracket 35 at the end of the cover 4. Block 33 and 34, as well as the bracket 35 are placed in the same plane passing through the center line along the width of the hold.
The process of opening the hatch is as follows ..
Covers 4 and 5 of the hatch are on the coaming, the hydraulic cylinder rod 12, connected by a lever 7 to the cover '4, is completely in the cylinder body. When fluid is supplied to the lower cavity of the hydraulic cylinder, its stem begins to extend, while the lever 7 rises and moves back by moving the finger 9 into the groove 8 of the leftmost to the rightmost position. The fastening element 21 is out of engagement with the fastening element 19, the wedge-shaped protrusion 28 goes out of engagement with the wedge-shaped recess 30, and the wedges 22 of the side clamps come out of the wedge-shaped recesses of the stops 23.
Continuing to move further, the rod 13 acts on the leading cover 4 through the lever 7, turning the latter around the finger 9. In this case, the driven cover 5, turning around the hinge 6 and rolling with wheels 14 along the rails 15, will rise and fold with the cover 4.
In the open position, the covers are folded closely and located vertically behind the hatch coaming.
